1) Computer Maintenance We’ve designed an intelligent solution to the problem of maintaining and repairing your computers and printers. Our Computer Maintenance Agreement program-- “Cap”-- gives you superior service on your hardware with no up-front costs.

How the Cap Works.

First we register your computers and printers to establish the number of pieces to be covered under the Cap. We set an annual deductible fee, the more units you cover, the lower the deductible. We “Cap” your service costs at that annual deductible, any service (parts and labor) over that predetermined amount is free of charge. If you don’t need any service, you pay nothing; if you require service, you only pay up to the predetermined amount.

  • Pay only for the service you use
  • Know in advance the maximum you’ll pay for service

2) Troubleshooting Sometimes your computer equipment goes down and you have no idea why. If it’s a hardware problem, we can handle it as part of your Cap program or on a per-call basis.
