We are creating two brand new business development teams and are currently hiring for IT Sales & Business Development Careers to cover the Northern New Jersey marketplace. Ability to understand product offerings after training
Compensation:
$40k – $50k depending on experience, Monthly uncapped commission on all business won. Plus monthly and quarterly spiffs. Fantastic signing bonus Paid Vacation, Sick, Major Medical, 401K and more.
First year earnings in region of $65-75k however the sky’s the limit for someone has is willing to work hard and put everything they learn into practice.

The position is 95% on the phone calling outbound to local businesses to schedule sales appointments for Matthijssen Business Systems (Eg. I.T services, Data security, Office equipment, VOIP phones)
Team members will be provided all the tools needed to follow a proven roadmap to success to hit company appointment setting benchmarks.
Duties will include placing calls using a contact database to identify key contacts at target companies and seek detailed qualification information to generate leads for outside sales.
Full time, 40 Hours per week, Office based with exciting new team.
